By using this website and/or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.
2. Products
- All cards are described as accurately as possible, including set, rarity, and condition.
- Card images are of the actual items being sold unless otherwise noted.
- Due to the nature of collectible items, all sales are final unless the product received is significantly different from the description.
3. Pricing & Payment
- Card prices are determined using our “Price for Cards” (PfC) method described on the Pricing page.
- Prices are subject to change at any time without notice.
- Payment must be received in full before an order is processed or shipped.
4. Shipping
- Orders are shipped to the address provided by the customer at checkout.
- We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by postal services, but we will work with you to resolve any issues where possible.
- Shipping rates and delivery times will be displayed at checkout.
5. Returns & Refunds
- Due to the collectible nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless the wrong item is shipped or it arrives in significantly different condition than described.
- If you believe you have received the wrong or damaged card, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
6. Liability
- We are not responsible for any damages or losses arising from the use of our website or the purchase of our products, except where required by law.
